Call for Papers — PS: Political Science & Politics, Special Issue: Presidentialism in Latin America — Institutional Paths in the Making
PS: Political Science & Politics invites submissions for a special issue on the evolving institutional trajectories of Latin American presidentialism.
The issue seeks theoretically informed, methodologically diverse contributions analysing national-level reforms to executive authority, legislative procedures, coalition governance, electoral systems and judicial oversight, and their consequences for democratic accountability, governability and legitimacy. Cross-national analyses and theoretically grounded single-country studies with comparative leverage are both welcome.
Manuscripts must be approximately 4,800 words (including notes and references), in Word, following the APSA Manual of Style, and submitted through Editorial Manager.
Submissions happen on the organiser’s page.
